Our system reads your whole site, rebuilds every page, optimizes every photo, and runs it through more than twenty quality checks before a human ever hits publish. What takes an agency weeks happens here in an afternoon. That's why the move is free. We make money when you stay because you love it.
Will my site look different?
It looks like your site. Same pages, same words, same photos. Your homepage gets a free modern refresh, and you see everything before it goes live.
What happens to my Google rankings?
Every page keeps its address or gets a proper redirect. Your site gets much faster, which Google rewards. Rankings are preserved and usually improve.
What about my email?
It doesn't move. We only change the records that point to your website. Before you touch anything, we scan your settings and show you in plain English that your email is unaffected.
Can I still edit my site?
Yes. Today, you send us the change and it's live within a day — two done-for-you edits a month are included. Your own one-screen editor (no passwords, no dashboard maze) is rolling out to founding customers first.
What if I want to leave?
It's your site. We hand it over and help you move it. No hostages.
Do you do online stores?
We rebuild WooCommerce product pages and you connect your own Stripe account, so we never touch your money. It's quoted separately. Memberships, courses, and booking systems aren't a fit yet.
What kinds of sites aren't a fit?
The simple test: if your visitors log in, we're not a fit yet. Membership sites, courses, booking engines, forums, and custom web apps need machinery we deliberately leave out. Everything else — however tangled the site is behind the scenes — is exactly what we rescue. The messier it is, the bigger the improvement.
Do my photos come over, and is there a storage limit?
Your whole photo library comes with you, automatically — every image downloaded, optimized, and stored on your new site. Safe includes 500 MB and Found includes 2 GB, measured after we shrink your photos (usually 60 to 80 percent smaller), so most businesses use a tiny fraction of it. If you're a photo-heavy business and need more, we'll add storage rather than ever dropping a picture.
What if I need custom work?
We do that too. Small changes are already included: two done-for-you edits a month on Safe, unlimited small edits on Found. Bigger things — a new page design, a special section, a feature you've been wanting — get a flat quote from the same team that moved your site, usually within a day. You'll never hear "not our problem."
What does a founding slot mean?
We're taking exactly 20 customers in the first round so every single site gets obsessive attention. Founding customers keep their price for life. When the slots are gone, the waitlist opens.
How do I get help?
The support page goes straight to a real person, and every reply includes a short video showing you how to do it yourself next time, if you want to.
