Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2, 2026 · Shmove is a service of TimeToSizzle, LLC (St. Louis, MO).

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it plain on purpose.

What we collect

• Your web address, when you run a free scan, so we can look at your public website.
• Scan results: your site's public speed, structure, and security signals. We only read what any visitor's browser can see. We never log in to your site.
• Your email address, if you choose to have your report sent to you, or when you contact support or join the waitlist.
• Account and billing details, if you become a customer. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your card number.
• Messages you send us through forms.
• Basic technical data such as a hashed form of your IP address, used only to prevent abuse and spam.

How we use it

• To produce your report and, if you convert, to move and host your website.
• To email you your report or reply to your message.
• To prevent spam and abuse of our forms and scanner.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who processes data for us

We use a small set of trusted providers to run the service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), Render and Cloudflare (hosting and delivery), and an AI provider to help write your report in plain English. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

We keep report and account data for as long as you're a customer, and for up to 24 months after your last activity if you're not, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Support messages are kept for up to 12 months.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time. If you're in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing — our legal basis is performance of our contract with you, or your consent where that applies. If you're a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know what we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information — we don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of. Either way, reach us through the support page and a real person will handle it.

Children

Shmove is a tool for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their data.
